**Empatia Palliative Care is looking for a PRN Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Denver, CO.**



The **Nurse Practitioner** for our palliative care program facilitates palliative care for Empatia Palliative Care patients, ensuring a comprehensive, individualized treatment plan, while demonstrating excellent clinical skills and ethical, relevant judgment. Provides diagnosis, treatment, consultation, and follow-up under the direction of the Palliative Medical Director (if required under State law).



+ **NP Licensure - Colorado**

+ **DEA Licensure - with experience writing orders, prescriptions**

+ **Previous experience in home care setting a plus**

+ **PRN/FLEX schedule - 1-2 days/week**
