This position is ideal for an NP who enjoys variety, values autonomy, and thrives in both structured clinic environments and one‑on‑one home visits with geriatric patients.




This full‑time role includes:
✅ 3 days/week in our Interventional Pain Management Clinics (Ocala & The Villages)
✅ 2 days/week providing home visits to patients in Ocala
✅ $110,000 annual salary + incentive plan
