Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant

Community Health Partners is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an established urology practice. The APP will join two urologists that specialize in treating a variety of urologic conditions.

The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) maintains responsibility for providing clinical care in general or specialty area(s). Assesses, plans and provides patient care in collaboration with the attending physician and interdisciplinary healthcare team. Provides comprehensive assessments, performs medical diagnosis, writes prescriptions and formulates treatment plans. Diagnoses medical conditions, plans and implements interventions, ensures patient safety, and contributes to quality and regulatory activities. The APP will also assist in any capacity with basic urologic procedures in addition to assisting the physicians with their procedures.
