Advanced Practice Provider - UAB Cardiology Acute Care Services The following APPs may be considered for this role: Adult Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Work schedule: Full-time, benefited 12 hr, AM shift, 6am-6pm Weekends/Holidays are required No call required Differential Pay: Weekend shift differential: $50/shift CME allowance: Full-time benefited APPs receive an annual $2,000.00 CME allowance. This can be used for recertification, applicable fees, CME courses, etc. that occur after a new employee's start date. UAB Medicine is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider for our Inpatient Cardiology Team. The APP will be responsible for non-surgical inpatient care, consults, and management of patients with heart failure, chest pain, CAD, and arrhythmias.
