**Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care, Franklinton**

**Position Purpose:**

This full‑time Advanced Practice Provider (APP) position supports the delivery of high‑quality, patient‑centered care in our Franklinton primary care office. The APP provides comprehensive health services across the lifespan, with a strong emphasis on health promotion, disease prevention, and improving community access to care. APPs at Mount Carmel are highly valued members of the care team and are offered excellent compensation, benefits, and an annual CME stipend. Experience in the outpatient primary care setting is preferred.
