We are recruiting a Nurse Practitioner to join our whānau-focused Hauora Heretaunga Medical practice.

At Hauora Heretaunga, our Cornerstone Accredited teaching practice, focuses on delivering exceptional, evidence-based primary care services to our diverse patient population of over 6,000 whānau. Our model of care is similar to the Health Care Homes framework. We prioritise improving equity and health outcomes of our local community, with the majority of our clients being Māori and Pasifika.
