Requirements / Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Nursing
Registered Nurse with valid registration under the Malaysian Nursing Board (LJM or equivalent).
Valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
Basic computer skills (MS Office, electronic record-keeping).
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Professional, punctual, and highly responsible in patient care.
Job Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents, including monitoring vital signs, administering medication, wound dressing, and basic clinical procedures.
Assist doctors and healthcare professionals in implementing treatment and care plans.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, charts, and medical documentation.
Observe and report any changes in residents’ conditions or emergencies promptly.
Support pre- and post-operative care to ensure patient comfort and safety.
Participate in discharge planning and health education.
