Be a part of a world-class academic healthcare system, UChicago Medicine, as a Nurse Navigator at our DCAM - Hyde Park clinic. Here, you will work alongside our Digestive Disease - Inflammatory Bowel Bisease (IDB) team. This position is a 100% onsite opportunity. You will need to be based in the greater Chicagoland area. Local travel will be required.

In this role you'll work as the Nurse Navigator for inflammatory bowel disease (IDB). Our GI specialists offer exceptional care based in advanced, research-driven medicine for both common and rare GI conditions. We are one of the nation’s top-ranked hospitals for gastroenterology and GI surgery.
