As our **Labor & Delivery Nurse** at CRMC, you’ll thoughtfully guide patients through the labor and childbirth process, always prioritizing the safety of both mother and baby. You'll embrace the dynamic nature of L&D, where some days bring the profound joy of celebrating new beginnings, while others require you to support families through grief with your calm, compassionate presence.

Every day you will masterfully apply your expertise to assess, monitor, and intervene during labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum phases. You'll perform a wide array of skilled procedures, from continuous fetal monitoring and medication administration to circulating for C-sections and providing immediate newborn stabilization. Your day will be driven by precision, urgency, and a deep commitment to positive outcomes for both mother and baby, all while collaborating seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team dedicated to excellence.
