Position Overview
Job Responsibilities - Planning, directing, managing, and evaluating all daily nursing operational activities.
- Shift timings include 7am to 4pm, 8am to 5pm, and 12.30pm to 9.30pm.
- Perform basic nursing care activities independently and evaluate nursing care by monitoring and recording observations and vital signs.
- Coordinate and manage care for rehabilitation and sub-acute patients.
- Assist doctors during clinical procedures, examinations, and assessments of patients.
- Collaborate with the Senior Nurse Manager/Director of Nursing to develop plans that promote full participation and innovative approaches within the department.
- Assess the psycho-social status of patients and their families/caregivers to determine appropriate care plans.
