- Prepare in-house radiopharmaceuticals for daily use by compounding chemical kits with appropriate quantities of radioactive material.
- Initiate/perform acquisition, processing dynamic and static planar and tomographic imaging procedures (e.g., bone, brain, gallbladder, heart, liver, lung, parathyroid, renal, spleen, thyroid).
- Perform imaging procedures, utilizing modern methodologies and accurately acquiring and processing data to optimize the studies for the physician's interpretation.
- Prepare patients for the procedure, assessing patient needs and condition throughout the entire procedure.
