National Sales Manager – Interventional Urology

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire and develop a successful regional sales team that meets or exceeds sales quotas, MBOs, and quarterly and annual targets.
  • Ensure the district’s field team is properly credentialed at all hospitals and has access/good standing to hospitals
  • Oversee district structure/organizational planning; identify qualified accounts and proper order of rollout with territory alignments
  • Manage individual territory customer interface
  • Qualify, train, assess, and ultimately develop accounts to adopt the therapy as an integral part and first-line therapy in their disease practice, with the goal of demonstrating high account adoption.
  • Communicate current market conditions, recommend improvements to the commercial process, and contribute to the company s overall strategic execution.
