**About the Role**

The NPI (New Product Introduction) Sourcing Intern will support the sourcing and supply chain team in launching new products from concept through production. This role provides hands-on exposure to supplier management, cross-functional project execution, cost analysis, and supply chain strategy within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The intern will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and sourcing teams to help ensure new product programs are launched on time, at target cost, and with qualified suppliers.
