Position Overview
Responsibilities - Lead and manage all New Product Introduction (NPI) activities within the plant to ensure smooth transition from prototype to mass production.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and HQ/factory to coordinate product introduction activities, including packaging requirements.
- Create, review, and modify Bill of Materials (BOM) structures to optimize assembly processes.
- Maintain and support Shop Floor Control (SFC) systems and SAP processes to ensure accurate production tracking and documentation.
- Apply expert knowledge of server and rack assembly processes to support product development and ensure production readiness.
