**Norwegian & Danish Speaking Dispute Analyst, Tieto Banktech**
As **a Norwegian & Danish Speaking Dispute Analyst**within Card Issuing, you will work with dispute handling for Norwegian, Danish and other foreign banks. You will be part of the dispute department that has offices in 3 countries. The department's task is to process card complaints in accordance with current regulations from banks, authorities and card issuers.
The role will include case management, customer dialogue and follow-up of dispute cases. As a dispute analyst, you also have personal responsibility for a number of banks and work closely with other colleagues in the area. The department will work closely with other units within the company to ensure a complete understanding and management of our customers' card services.
