The Role
As a core member of the PMS Global Sales Leadership Team, the Zone Sales Director is responsible for driving sustainable, profitable business growth across North America, including the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. This role will deliver growth by elevating customer satisfaction, strengthening sales team engagement, and executing effective go-to-market strategies.

Serve as a core contributor to the development and prioritization of the global sales strategy.
