The North American Demo Operations Lead works within a fast-paced, specialized, and dynamic team collaborating with Marketing & Sales and Business Innovation Units & Finance in the Commercial Operations organization.
**Your role:**
+ Manage demonstration equipment inventory in the United States for sales operations at the desired service levels, while maintaining the lowest inventory investment possible.
+ Perform Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual inventory management processes; audits, reports, cycle-counts, and forecasts.
+ Manage 3PL relationships and performance metrics.
+ Actively participate in New Product Development planning and manage end-of-life to minimize scrap.
+ Establish, implement, and maintain applicable quality system policies and procedures associated with inventory management.
