**Summary**:
The EG and Early Pipeline Lead provides epidemiological expertise, effective project management skills and oversight to ensure successful delivery of innovative and scientifically robust evidence to secure, maintain and grow access for patients to Novartis treatments in the Nordics. The role combines through understanding and experience from running EG studies, extensive knowledge of databases available and key strategic thinking to plan and conduct on integrated evidence (IE) generation plans to meet increasing external IE demands from payers, health care providers (HCPs), policy-makers and patients. The EG and Early Pipeline Lead will also be an key driving force in the work with the early pipeline review (portfolio review) to ensure early foundations for NxLT decision on early sourcing.
