Hello, I am Erin, the Lead ADHDNurse in Barnsley CAMHS.

Due to a promotion, we are seeking a passionate, experienced, skilled & motivated Band 7 Non-Medical Prescriber to join our ADHD pathway.

As a Non-Medical Prescriber, you will deliver high-quality, specialist ADHD care to children & young people across Barnsley.

You will manage pre- and post-diagnostic caseloads, undertake comprehensive ADHD assessments, contribute to diagnostic decision-making, & provide evidence-based interventions in line with national guidelines & best practice.

As an independent prescriber, you will initiate & manage ADHD medication, including titration & ongoing physical & mental health monitoring. You will work autonomously while collaborating closely with children, young people, families, & the wider multidisciplinary team...
