Position Overview
NOC Coordinator (Infrastructure & Rail) Dubai What you’ll be doing - Liaise with relevant government agencies, authorities, and the client team to secure necessary approvals and No Objection Certificates (NOCs).
- Attend project kick‑off and coordination meetings, providing support to the design team throughout the NOC process.
- Monitor the progress of drawings and documentation related to NOC submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Support the project team in obtaining all required approvals in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with clients (internal and external) and liaise with government entities and service authorities across the UAE to address technical queries and resolve issues.
- Track the status of utilities NOCs and ensure completion within the required timeframes.
