Role Summary

Supports day-to-day operations, monitoring accuracy, and reporting for DePuy network and operations tools under guidance from the Tools Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor network and observability tools
• Maintain dashboards, alerts, and reports
• Perform L2 troubleshooting of tool-related issues
• Support incident, problem, and change management
• Escalate complex issues to the L3 Tools Lead
• Integrate with devices, servers, applications and cloud infra using different methods like SNMP, WMI, SSH, API etc.
• Should be able to find and identify correct OID/MIB and also able to update MIB database.

Tools & Platforms

• Exoperience in Network Operations or Tools Support
• Experience working with monitoring and event management tools
• Basic automation and scripting exposure
• Experience in ITSM-driven environments
