Job Summary Perform processing, cleaning, portioning and packaging of fish and seafood products in a production facility. Maintain food safety, quality standards and efficient teamwork while meeting production requirements. Number of Positions 1 Main Duties Sort, grade and inspect incoming and processed fish and seafood by size, quality and specification. Clean and prepare product using knives and cutting tools, including gutting, filleting, trimming and portioning. Operate and monitor processing and packaging equipment such as conveyors, graders and sealers according to procedures. Pack, weigh, label and seal finished products for storage or shipment while ensuring correct counts and presentation. Perform sanitation tasks including cleaning workstations and equipment and following hygiene protocols.
