This critical role involves supervising production workers in a fast-paced environment to ensure schedules are met safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate activities of 40 to 75 production staff
• Enforce safety and sanitation measures
• Anticipate and resolve production challenges
• Monitor employee performance and attendance
• Train new workers on safety and equipment operations
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in production
• Journeyperson electrician designation required
