At Sheffield Forgemasters we have an exciting opportunity for a Night Shift Ancillary to join our team.

This role is based at our 64-acre site, sitting in the heart of Sheffield, and will be working as part of our Foundry team. 

Our foundry produces the largest and most technically demanding castings in the World, up to 15 metres long, 8.5 metres in diameter and up to 350 tonnes in weight. We have state of the art in-house inspection facilities and a multi-skilled NDT team, offering all conventional surface and volumetric inspection. We also have coded Welders that also undertake casting repairs, fabrication and cladding services.

As an Ancillary you will work as part of a team to assist the moulders to create moulds ready for casting, you will be involved in the casting process and be required to dig and sling small to large castings ready for the burners to burn.
