Our client is a luxury lifestyle hospitality group based in Cortina, Italy. They are currently seeking an experienced and guest‑focused Club Operations Manager for their F&B outlet in Cortina, located within their five‑star hotel. The role is responsible for overseeing exclusive guest services, managing VIP relations, ensuring seamless day‑to‑day club operations, and delivering highly personalised luxury experiences for high‑profile clientele.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years' experience in club or lounge operations
• Background in VIP environments such as private member clubs, executive lounges, or high‑end guest experience roles within luxury hotels or lifestyle hospitality brands
• Willingness to be based in Cortina during the high‑season period, with Rome headquarters as the base for the remainder of the year
