**Your Day to Day**

In this key role as Night Audit, you will work closely with multiple departments, including room service and front office operations, to deliver a personalized guest experience that goes beyond expectations.

Your responsibilities.

+ Handling guest arrivals and departures, ensuring smooth room allocations and check-in/check-out processes.
+ Running reports and reconciling hotel financials.
+ Ensuring room service orders are delivered efficiently.
+ Assisting guests with inquiries and requests, from handling incoming calls to coordinating luggage, transportation, and other services.
