Position Overview
Mô tả công việc: Job descriptions:- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Testing new technology
- Possibly training junior staff
Requirements- Must have good English communication skills
- Must have very strong knowledge of software, hardware, and computer networks
- Must be able to work independently as well as work in a team
- Exceptional knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2008 operating system or higher (Domain Environment) and Linux
