Job Summary/Description:

KGNS+ is looking for a dynamic weekend anchor/multimedia journalist to join our newsroom. The ideal candidate will anchor and co-produce our English weekend evening newscasts and reports three days per week.

This candidate will anchor our evening weekend newscasts and work as a multimedia journalist days out of the week. As the weekend anchor, you are responsible for overseeing and assisting the producer on all aspects of the newscast/s including: stacking the rundown, writing copy for stories, ordering graphics to fit stories, coordinating live shots with directors, and directing production staff, reporters & photographers.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Prioritizes, organizes, and produces newscasts following the station brand and goals
