The New York office of Clifford Chance has an opening for an Asset Finance associate attorney in the firm's Debt Finance Group. Admission to the New York bar is required. Preferred class years . Submissions must include a resume and law school transcript(s).

We advise lessors, financiers, banks, funds, manufacturers, operators and investors on asset finance across aviation, shipping, rail and other movable, high-value assets. This includes secured lending, operating and finance leases, sale and leaseback, export credit and other structured financings. Our work covers structuring, security and enforcement, documentation, closings, portfolio acquisitions and disposals, and restructurings.
