Key Requirements: Proven experience as a New Vehicle Sales Manager within a franchised motor dealership Demonstrated success managing a department delivering 40+ retail units per month Strong leadership, coaching, and team management capabilities Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and profitability targets Experience within either a volume or premium/luxury brand environment will be considered Strong understanding of dealership operations, customer satisfaction, and performance management Stable career history with verifiable achievements
