Position Overview
Job Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team and management.
- Handle and prepare reports, memos, and other official documents.
- Plan and organize company activities, team-building events, and meetings.
- Manage office daily operations and maintenance to ensure a well-functioning work environment.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Support basic financial tasks such as invoice processing and expense tracking.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements - Bachelor's Degree or above.
- Minimum 2-3 years of office administration experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
