Position Overview
The Job: - Processing of Quick Purchasing (QP)/Invitation to Quote (ITQ) for those with basic procurement knowledge
- Provide administrative support
- Reviewing of all the online purchase requests and to check against the catalog items
- Consolidate all the P card/ V card purchase request and work with finance to ensure timely processing
Requirements: - Min Diploma Holder with Min 1-2 years experience
- Proficient in MS office
- Good communication and interpersonal Skills
