UNC Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join the Department of Neurosurgery - Spine Team in an outpatient position. The APP will work closely with neurosurgeons in the evaluation, treatment, and ongoing management of patients with spine conditions, spine deformities, and spinal oncology. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive outpatient assessments, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and imaging, developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans, and providing pre- and post-operative care and patient education. The APP will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes. Prior experience in neurosurgery or spine is preferred but not required.
