Position Overview
A leading provider of intraoperative monitoring (IONM), is looking for an account manager. You will have the opportunity to personally interact with physicians, hospital administrators, OR staff, case managers and other clinical personnel to strengthen business relationships and ensure total client satisfaction with services. The Accounts Manager will work closely with the Development team and be responsible for contributing to the Company's strategic objectives for growth, increased revenue, market leadership and quality customer service.
Qualifications & Responsibilties:
*Frequent communication with current facility and surgeon clientele via personal visits, e-mail and messaging.
*Arrange client events and meetings.
*Obtain client feedback and promptly communicate information to management.
*Act as a first point of contact for clients and quickly resolve issues and problems that may arise.
