Position Overview

The Network Support Specialist (Level 2) provides operational support for distributed network environments and interconnectivity with partner networks. The role focuses on network monitoring, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, access control implementation, and operational support activities to ensure system confidentiality, integrity, availability, and security.
