Position Overview
Responsibilities - Technical SME for the technologies listed in the Competency table below.
- Handle Medium & Large projects.
- Deliver Projects within schedule and budgets.
- Critical customer incidents/breakdowns troubleshooting them within the agreed service levels for self and team.
- Reporting of all KPIs related to Service Delivery
- Adherence to Process Policies & Procedures
- Maintain and acquire Certifications as per Business Requirements for self and team.
- Escalating and coordinating with SMEs/vendors for critical cases and major implementation related issues.
- Willing to work on-field at customer premises for undertaking Projects & Support functions based on the requirement.
- Provide a consultative approach in delivering Projects & Support Functions which can lead to additional opportunities.
- Design deploy and operate Cisco ACI (EVPN-VXLAN) data center fabrics.
