Responsibilities

Assist IT departments in resolving issues with their network equipment (routers, firewalls, comprehension boxes, etc.)Provide quality support, particularly by explaining to your contacts the origin of their problem and the appropriate resolution practicesEnhance our knowledge base by updating the documentation of operating procedures and instructions;Ensure firmware upgrades for network equipmentIndependently manage site infrastructure transformation projects in compliance with client standards and best practices in terms of network architecturePerform network compliance audits and ensure the security and high availability of the client's infrastructure are maintainedAdhere to client-defined SLAs and monitor them with your manager.
