Network Performance and Assurance Manager

Yorkshire Water is seeking a Network Performance and Assurance Manager to lead and performance manage network performance and assurance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and performance manage the Network Performance and Assurance Teams.
• Own in-year delivery and assurance of ISF, ESF, collapse and blockage performance.
• Provide central governance and operational assurance over incidents, investigations, data quality and regulatory compliance.
• Manage the Network Protection function, delivering targeted, risk based compliance and enforcement.
• Act as the operational interface between frontline teams, performance, strategy, analytics and asset management.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear operational expectations, controls and performance measures.
