Become an advocate for Air Canada's customers as a Network Passenger Movement Specialist. Focused on enhancing the travel experience, this role supports operational recovery and minimizes disruptions.
In this pivotal position, you will coordinate passenger movements during operations for Air Canada. Your responsibilities include providing planning assistance, analyzing flight-specific customer needs, and ensuring effective communication of operational changes. With at least two years of airline customer service experience, you will proactively address impacts on the travel schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main customer service contact for the Operations team
• Coordinate additional flights and diversions to enhance customer experience
• Identify and protect critical flight operations
• Analyze passenger needs and support day-of-flight assignments
• Communicate irregular operations effectively to stakeholders
