Position Overview
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities - Experience in network operations management, overseeing performance and reliability of network infrastructure, updating existing resources, configuring new ones and mitigating network security threats. Lead small teams of L1/L2 network engineers in preventive and corrective maintenance and enforce disaster recovery and incident management procedures.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee design, installation, configuration, and maintenance of LANs, WANs, and cloud connectivity. Ensure operational procedures and practices are well defined, documented and consistently applied.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and define performance goals for network engineers and operations staff. Monitor effectiveness against SLAs/KPIs, driving change to deliver continual service improvement.
