• Manage and support enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers in 24x7 production environments.
• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software; manage user access, permissions, and authentication systems.
• Ensure high availability, resilience, and performance through routine health checks, monitoring, and capacity planning.
• Design, implement, and manage connectivity between on‑premise data centres and cloud environments.
• Support cloud VPC architecture, VPN (Site-to-Site / Client), and Direct Connect integration.
• Troubleshoot hybrid connectivity issues across cloud and on‑premises environments, coordinating with telecom providers as needed.
