Description
- Monitor, maintain, and support the health, availability, and reliability of the enterprise network environment from local sites through cloud connectivity.
- Perform day-to-day operational support of LAN, WAN, wireless, SD‑WAN, firewall, and cloud network services, ensuring stable and secure connectivity across the enterprise.
- Proactively monitor network performance and stability, identify potential issues, and respond to alerts to prevent or minimize outages.
- Serve as a primary responder for network incidents impacting multiple users or services(L2), providing troubleshooting, remediation, and coordination as needed.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to triage and support after-hours network incidents, maintenance, and emergency remediation activities.
