Datacentrix is looking for a certified HCIP Datacom Network Engineer to be based in Midrand, Gauteng. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and optimising enterprise network infrastructure, including routing, switching, firewall, and wireless technologies, while providing 2nd and 3rd line support and assisting with infrastructure projects and deployments.
The role requires regular travel to customer sites, mainly within the mining sector. Candidates must have their own reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license, and be willing to comply with customer safety requirements, including regular medical assessments and drug testing in line with mining industry standards.
