Responsibilities - Provisions new installed devices using Aruba Mobility controllers
- Provides complete Wi‑Fi connectivity using Aruba AP, including site survey report generation and documentation
- Manages Airwave NMS and monitors network to ensure network availability to all system users
- Handles complaints, takes preventive action and maintains a problem‑free network
- Provides complete solution for making interconnectivity into multiple offices
- Performs daily health check of all core devices
- Generates daily, weekly, monthly and yearly management reports
- Creates tickets and troubleshoots with L3 support
