Under the general direction of the Network Administrator II, the Network Administrator I is responsible for helping to ensure the stable, secure operation, and high availability of computer networks utilized by WPCU and myCUmortgage .




1) Providing hardware and software technical support to all users and providing 2nd tier support for LAN/WAN problems, system communication problems and PC support. Ensures proper policies, procedures, risk mitigation activities, and operating controls are followed. Reports gaps in policies, procedures, and operating controls to leadership to ensure member impact and risk is mitigated. (40%)
