Job Title: NetApp Support Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- L2/L3 Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve complex software and performance issues within NetApp storage environments.
- ONTAP Management: Troubleshoot, configure, and maintain NetApp Data ONTAP (Cluster-Mode).
- Hardware Troubleshooting: Handle break/fix scenarios, controller replacements, and disk shelf issues.
- Client Collaboration: Coordinate directly with the US client team to ensure data availability and storage health.
