• ️ 30-bed Level III NICU

• Average Daily Census (ADC): 17

• 400+ NICU Admissions Annually
  

• Mix of 24-hour in-house shifts + 10-hour day shifts

• Rotating, team-based coverage model

️ Provide advanced neonatal care in a high-acuity NICU
️ Utilize advanced therapies including:
• High-Frequency Oscillatory Ventilation (HFOV)
• Nitric Oxide Therapy
• Therapeutic Hypothermia
️ Collaborate within a multidisciplinary perinatal team
️ Mentor and teach medical students, Family Medicine residents, and upcoming OB/GYN residents
️ Engage in quality improvement and evidence-based neonatal practice

• Join a collaborative group of 7 Neonatologists
