This leadership opportunity is responsible for overseeing all clinical, operational, financial, and strategic functions of a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and Transition Nursery within a high-acuity acute care hospital environment. The Director will provide vision and direction for neonatal services while ensuring exceptional patient outcomes, operational excellence, and alignment with organizational goals centered around quality, safety, and compassionate care.
