You’ll lead the delivery of a customer focused service in a defined geographical area, delivering a high-quality housing and tenancy service. Working mainly in a designated neighbourhood, you’ll help to create a sustainable and thriving neighbourhood, customer independence and deliver an exceptional ‘first point of contact resolution’ customer experience. You’ll be encouraged to be innovative and work autonomously in the delivery of neighbourhood services, with a solution focused approach to overcome challenges and contribute to thriving communities.
