You’ll lead the delivery of a customer focused service in a defined geographical area, delivering a high-quality housing and tenancy service. Working mainly in a designated neighbourhood, you’ll help to create a sustainable and thriving neighbourhood, customer independence and deliver an exceptional ‘first point of contact resolution’ customer experience.
